Joe Gibbs Racing cornerstone partner Interstate Batteries made its full paint-out debut on Martin Truex Jr.’s No. 19 Toyota Camry TRD in the July NASCAR Cup Series® event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. While the familiar green-and-white Interstate Batteries livery has adorned numerous Joe Gibbs Racing racecars since the team’s debut in 1992, the Ambetter 301 at New Hampshire was the first time that it rode along with Truex on the No. 19 Toyota Camry TRD. The combination was a strong one, as Truex won the Pole and earned a fourth-place finish at the 1.058-mile track with his Interstate Batteries Camry TRD.
