Kris Wright battled at Darlington Raceway with a throwback paint scheme that turned back the clock to one of the most successful NASCAR Camping World Truck Series® drivers of all time. Wright’s No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado sported a scheme that matched NASCAR Hall of FameTM driver Ron Hornaday’s No. 33 truck back in the late 2000’s. Making the livery even more impactful is that Wright’s truck had the support of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) organization, just as Hornaday’s did to multiple victories in 2008 and 2009.
