Kaulig Racing driver AJ Allmendinger picked up his second NASCAR Xfinity Series® road course victory of the 2022 season with a dramatic performance at Portland International Raceway. In the series’ debut at the 1.967-mile Oregon road course, Allmendinger started at the rear of the field due to pre-race adjustments, went off course multiple times, and lost a lap early in the rain-soaked race. Still, the veteran racer remained undeterred and worked his way back through the field to take the lead for the final time with just four laps remaining. Now, Allmendinger’s fans can celebrate the victory in the first NASCAR Xfinity Series® race in Portland with the official Lionel Racing raced-win die-cast.
